Email the County Commissioners

Since the Guffey Library is owned by Park County, the library depends on the county to keep it open. One way you can help to make sure that the Guffey library is never closed down is to send an email to the county commissioners explaining how much you love the library, or how it has been useful to you. By filling out the form below and clicking the “Submit” button, you can help the Guffey library prosper.

To the Park County Commissioners:
Thank you for supporting our Park County Libraries, even during difficult financial times. Guffey Library means a great deal to our community. It provides us with books (including interlibrary loans), media, computers, and more. It is a hub of information and contact for people who may live miles apart. It is steadily used by the school. Our Summer Reading program encourages children to keep learning and reading through the summer. Support for our library has been especially evident during our building project this year. Our new room is a testament to the donations, talents, and efforts of countless individuals. Please continue to support our efforts to keep Park County libraries open.
